Hi Michael,

I just wanted to say thank you so, so much for the beautiful design you created for our new kitchen! It's now finished and I must say, it looks absolutely spectacular!! We are so incredibly pleased in every way. I just love going into that room now where before, I avoided it like the plague!! lol You are an incredibly talented designer and Roma's contractors did an awesome job. I spoke with Mario yesterday and told him how very pleased we are and thanked him very much for everything. I will be posting a comment on Roma's website to let others know what a fantastic job you guys did and that I would highly recommend Roma to anyone who is thinking about getting renovations done to their kitchen and / or bathroom.

Thanks again Michael and hopefully one day in the near future you could come by a see it :)

Thank you so very much. I love my new kitchen. After many years of planning my dream kitchen you and your team made my dream kitchen a reality. I have been a real estate broker for 18 years, and as such I have had the privilege of seeing many kitchens. I know I had high demands of you and your team and you met them admirably.

Thank you to Michael for his design ideas which were exactly what I had wanted and what was needed. His suggestion of unique design elements such as the strategically placed awning style cabinets, among others, gave me artistic beauty and functional ease that make my kitchen perfect. Your contractor Jack, although we had some varying points of view, is a true perfectionist. The sign of a truly gifted contractor is easy to see from the perfectly levelled marble floor and exact spacing of each and every oversized marble floor tile (not one grout line out of place), to the seamless blend from the kitchen to the adjoining rooms and the attention to detail throughout the kitchen design. He removed a large load bearing wall and has made it look like that was exactly how the house was always meant to be. In contrast a couple of years previously, I had had another load baring wall removed in a different part of the house...by a different contractor...you don’t really know how bad a renovation truly is, until you experience a truly perfect one. That is what you and your team gave me, a perfect reno.

Mario, beyond all this, what really impressed me, was your after-service responsiveness. Every renovation job will have some hiccups...and Mario, just one phone call to you and magically the next day whatever needed to happen just happened...that is true customer service. Thank you again...I have already recommended you to my clients and friends, and will continue to do so.

Mario, thanks for everything, the Kitchen is done, the final touches complete and everything has met or exceeded our expectations. The crews, Jack and his construction team, the 'flooring' guys from Quarry, Drago on electrical and especially Basilio and Floriano (you can correct my spelling) the cabinet wizards, were professional, respectful and tidy. No renovation is without terror and moments of second guessing including the 'what the are they doing now' questions but the answers were there, made sense and the final product speaks for itself. By the way you were right the heated floor really finished it off.
All of your team in the office was very helpful whenever we called or dropped in and we especially appreciate Sigrid's work with us on design and hand holding through the entire process.

Thanks to the teams at Roma, Quarry and Consolidated for a job well done and best wishes for health and happiness in 2011.

We also want to thank you personally for your excellent suggestions to update our home. For example your suggestions were terrific for the modern wall switches, larger trim for baseboards and door entrances as well as your excellent flooring suggestion for rich warm coloured hardwood in the kitchen and adjoining family room.

As you know, I was very concerned about any dust and dirt being carried into the rest of the house. The plastic dust shields around the door entrances and thoughtful cleanup of your team helped to keep the cleaning down to a minimum.

The work was well planned and scheduled. There were no surprises and was completed on time, with the highest of quality, attention to detail, and to the agreed upon budget. The team went out of their way to make sure that everything was done to perfection.

One of the best selling point for using you and Roma Kitchens is that all required trades needed to complete the job are on staff, from gas fitters, electricians, plumbers, drywallers, tilers, etc. This was a huge benefit to us and meant that I didn't need to be a general contractor.

Now that the dust has settled and our visitor’s have gone home, I wanted to drop you a note to indicate how incredibly pleased we are with the recent renovations to our kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room and foyer.

To say that we are thrilled would be an understatement.  Over the last 15 years we have renovated a total of three homes, all in California.  You are without question the best contractor/designer that we have ever worked with.  Your team of experts (yes experts, not just handymen) did an amazing job, giving attention to detail, dedication to the project and follow up that I have never experienced before.  Special mention must go to Adrian, who is project manager extraordinaire as well as being an exceptionally talented and hardworking craftsman, and  JP, who stayed until the job was done, makes recommendations to further enhance the work along the way, not to mention being a perfectionist in all that he does.  The old world expertise of Leskic on removing the old pop corn ceiling  and correcting existing plaster mistakes was awesome.

You completed the project on time and on budget.  That’s never happened to me before!!
