Mario Bucaro
President
Mario has been in the home improvement business nearly 30 years.  He brings his entrepreneurial and home improvement experience to Roma Kitchens.  The former President of Target Plumbing and Mechanical Limited and Consolidated Contracting Inc., Mario has long recognized his customers’ need for a trusted supplier/contractor to expertly manage all aspects of luxury home and renovation projects.  Having experience in the construction of hotel and industrial complexes has given Mario a fine tuned knowledge of bringing projects big and small to fruition.  His keen sense of customers needs, experience and business acumen have led Mario to create the flagship kitchen and design experience of Roma Kitchens and Bath Inc.

Michael Hollenbeck
Lead Senior Designer, Roma Kitchens and Design Centre
Michael comes from a fabrication and building-based background in Quebec working with high end designers like Rosanne Moss, Alain Bellavance and Bruce Anderson.  For more than 20 years Michael learned kitchen design from some of the best and working closely with chief architects for projects such as the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa. Michael is a skilled furniture fabricator, welder and designer.
 
Coming to Ontario in 1998, Michael has been focusing strictly on design. Working for various kitchen companies provided a diverse knowledge of styles, colour co ordination and creativity.
 
 Michael has been recognized by hundreds of clients who have written to provide thanks and praise for Michael "bringing our dream kitchen to life". As Lead Designer at Roma, Michael brings years of practical knowledge of kitchen and bath design, theory and customer relationship expertise.


Farhana Nadkarni
Kitchen Designer, Roma Kitchens & Design Centre
Farhana is an award-winning designer with over 17 years experience in the industry. She is a member of “The Council of Architects – India” and affiliated with AATO (Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario) and OACETT (Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologist). In 2007 she was the Award Winner of NATIONAL HONOR from “The Council of Architects in India” for meritorious service, outstanding performance & remarkable role. She also holds a 5-year Diploma in Architectural Technology from L.S.Raheja College of Architecture.

Farhana has successfully executed over 500 kitchen remodelling projects, specializing in ergonomic, visually appealing, user friendly & cost-effective solutions in designing spaces. Her experience includes design & execution of interior projects for corporate, commercial and large residences.

Max Nadkarni
Kitchen Designer, Roma Kitchens & Design Centre
Max provides over 14 years of sales, project management and business operations to his position. He holds a 4-year diploma in Production Engineering from Bombay, India and a Bachelor of Economics.

Max has owned & operated a kitchen showroom for over 10 years in India. There he popularized the concept of modular kitchens and adapting European models to achieve a high level of quality for excellent end results to his customers. His experience also includes large turn-key projects for remodelling both residential & corporate interiors with over 450 kitchen projects completed to-date.

Aseel Khalil
Interior Designer
Aseel Khalil is an interior designer and professor at Sheridan College. Born in Baghdad, traveled through the Middle East, Europe and moved to Toronto in the 90's. Her work is inspired by ancient architecture and civilization as well as the modern world. These influences are seen in her work, through the use of colour contrast, textures, pattern and her passion for antiques and ceramic art. Her style is eclectic, mixing classic with a fine touch of contemporary.



Anita
Accounting, Roma Kitchens and Design Centre
Anita graduated with a Business-Accounting diploma. After graduating, she continued to further her education by completing various CGA accounting courses to be placed into the 4th level of the Certified General Accountants (CGA) program.

Before joining ROMA Kitchens & Bath, Anita had been employed as an accountant/bookkeeper with 3 residential home developers & a custom homebuilder/renovation co. comprising her with a total of 18 years experience in the residential construction industry. As well, her accounting background includes working for a Chartered Accountant gaining experience in Financial Statements, Auditing & Year-end files.

Amber Bucaro
Staging & Photography
With a keen interest in interior design, Amber has had hundreds of her photos published in such publications as Snap Oakville, The Sheridan Sun, Sheridan Sun Online and Sheridan Without Boarders specializing in international photography, she also specializes in the photography of staging homes. With more than 10 years of experience with a camera and more recently specializing in photography of staging, Amber has an eye for capturing the beauty of homes.

Being a recent graduate from Sheridan College, Amber holds a diploma in Journalism and holds various certificates in photography courses.
